⎯⎯⎯⎯ Additional Information ⎯⎯⎯⎯

The Grannies premiered at IDFA in Amsterdam on November 18 2021 has since screened at several major film festivals and venues internationally.

The Grannies was commissioned for Now Play This festival at Somerset House in April 2020. Sadly due to the coronavirus pandemic the on-site festival was cancelled, but we are now thrilled for the film to finally be experienced by audiences.

The work was also originally conceived as a multichannel video installation to be exhibited alongside Ian MacLarty’s game Red Desert Render. This original, full version of the work premiered at ACMI (Melbourne) in December 2022.

A single screen cinema edit of the film is also available for screening at film festivals and in cinemas internationally
