Hello, I’m Marie Foulston, a playful curator and producer. I’m lead curator of ‘Videogames: Design/Play/Disrupt’ a major exhibition on contemporary videogame design and culture at the V&A and co-founder of UK independent game collective Wild Rumpus.
I've undertaken events and installations in London, San Francisco, Austin and Toronto alongside partners that have included MoPOP, Art Gallery of Ontario, GDC, Tumblr, BBC Worldwide, Humble Bundle, with coverage in the New York Times, Vogue, Wired, the Guardian, The Wall Street Journal and Edge magazine.
I’ve a lot of love for the alternative, the absurd, the playful and the disruptive.
